Walk & talk therapy benefits the client by reducing stress, boosting mood, and reducing anxiety, all while helping to increase overall health and wellbeing. 

Enjoying the fresh air, beautiful surroundings and the peaceful environment can help with reconnection to nature, enhance self-awareness and increase the practice of mindfulness.

Theses booking are weather dependent and are being offered outside of usual clinic hours. Walk & talk therapy is relaxed and is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities.  You may want to sit and chat, attend alone or bring your kids, go for a short stroll or a longer walk... It's up to you!

Reiki is a spiritual practice of healing and the Japanese name for the practice is commonly translated as Universal Life Energy, or Universal Life Force.  Reiki stands on its own as a therapy, and can complement other therapies or conventional medical treatments.  Reiki is intended to promote and enhance relaxation, wellness and balance, and can reduce pain. 

As a Level II Reiki Treatment Practitioner with 25 years experience and a registered member with Reiki Australia, I practice the Usui System of Natural Healing, which can reach physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels.   Reiki is gentle and open to be interpreted and accepted by a person’s individual belief system.

In accordance with the traditional practice of Reiki, I use a sequence of passive hand positions, on or over the body, which correlate with the major systems and organs of the body and certain energy centres. The practice of Reiki does not require the removal of any clothing, since clothing, and other materials are not a barrier for the energy. 

Appointments for Reiki can be booked online but cannot be booked at the same time as counselling appointment as this is a separate service.
